一个关于CreateProcess创建可继承句柄的进程

用CreateProcess创建一个进程，

  LPCTSTR lpCurrentDirectory,                // current directory name

  LPPROCESS_INFORMATION lpProcessInformation // process information
);
其中 bInheritHandles为TRUE，可继承。如果在新创建的进程中关闭所有继承过来的句柄，如果不关闭是不是会产生内存泄漏的问题。
