谁有阴阳历（公农历）转换的算法

谁有公农历转换的详细算法。网上只有程序，没有详细说明算法。

或者1900-2100年间转换控件或是DLL,最好是VB控件。如果有算法自己开发也行，要求给出二十四节，和计算八字。
