VC中如何使用判定某一个文件是否存在的Win API函数？

小弟刚从BCB到VC，不懂就得问！BCB中使用FileExists（FileName），而VC中却不能使用，查一下帮助说是FileSystem的方法，但我这样定义FileSystem::FileExits(FileName),却提示没有定义FileSystem，确实不会，请大哥帮忙！
