物理硬盘序列号

我一直使用的物理硬盘序列号，在XP下发现常常不稳定，不能每次都取出正确的值
希望能找到满足下列条件的代码：
1)支持IDE、SCSI
2)支持全系列win9x-xp
3)支持非administrator我手中代码版权信息如下
