如何得到用户权限的描述？

我用LsaEnumerateAccountsWithUserRight可以得到一个所有权限的所有账号信息，可是那里面只包含SID/PSID信息，我找不到什么方法得到用户权限的名字/描述，比如“Access this computer from the internet”，LookupPrivilegeDisplayName这个方法只能接受LUID参数，大家帮忙！
