请教：在"stdafx.h"中的头文件包含问题

我建了一头文件CommonFunc.h，专门存放一些通用的函数！然后在stdafx.h中include，，当我在其他文件中调用CommonFunc.h中的函数时出现错误，如果将CommonFunc.h的include语句放在当前要调用的文件中就正常，，为什么？如何改
有个朋友教我在CommonFunc.h添加#ifndef CommonFunc     #define CommonFunc...#endif，，但问题还是存在！！

错误提示为"void __cdecl MyFunction(void)" (?MyFunction@@YAXXZ) already defined in tttDlgDlg.obj
Debug/tttDlg.exe : fatal error LNK1169: one or more multiply defined symbols found

#define  _NEWHEAD_H
