OOP vs RAD

VC++是基于类的OOP编程，而VC#是基于组件的RAD编程，
从VC++到VC#的发展趋势看，以后Windows软件的开发主流是否都要转到RAD而非OOP？
以后VC#，VB，DELPHI，BCB等基于组件的RAD方法是否会大行其道？
VC++的基于类的OOP是否会逐渐衰落下去？
