VC写的空件注册是报0x0000001F的错误，高分提问题

Question:Whenever I try to use or register (RegSvr32.exe) any of your controls, I get the following error message:- LoadLibrary("c:\windows\system\VFOutBar.ocx") failed. GetLastError returns 0x0000001f I have tried this on several PC's and they all exhibit this problem. I assume I am missing something obvious??? I have installed Msvbvm50.exe Vbrun60.exe and vb500a.zip runtime library's which made no difference :( Both the Outlook bar and button controls exhibit this error. Any Ideas?? Answer:Due to the new mfc42.dll released by Visual Studio 6.0 the new controls can't register with the old mfc42.dll's To solve this problem download the new mfc42.dll's. Run Setup.exe and reboot your computer. After this process you won't have this problem anymore.
