ISA　　解释Industry Standard Architecture　　说明是IBM公司为它的PC/AT电脑而制定的总线标准，也称为AT标准。为16位体系结构，仅支持16位的I/O设备。由于存在着数据传输速率低、缺乏技术规范、不能支持多处理器系统、不支持自动配置等缺点，因此长期以来一直是困扰系统速度提高的“瓶颈”。　　PCI　　解释Peripheral Component Interconnect　　说明是SIG(Special Interest Group)集团推出的总线结构。该集团是由Intel与hp于1992年发起成立，1993年联合了Intel、COMPAQ、IBM、DEC、Apple、NCR等加盟重新扩建。PCI总线具有132MB/s的数据传输率及很强的带负载能力，可适用于多种硬件平台，并兼容ISA总线。
