请教一个怪问题

我在debug程序的时候突然遇到，弹出一个对话框，标题是protection error，内容是“Debugger detected - please close it down and restart!
    windows nt users: please note that having the
    winIce/softIce service installed that you are
    running a debugger”请问是怎么回事？怎么解决？不能debug程序，郁闷死了。谢谢
