这是Visual Studio 6.0安装上的一个bugs,解决方法如下：
1.在安装的时候选择自定义安装（Custom setup ),在自定义安装的页面中，点击Enterprise Tools,然后选择改变选项,就是全部安装上面的按钮.
2.在Enterprise Tools的页面中,确定Enterprise Tools的选项没有没选上.
3.选择你要安装的其他组件,然后选择开始安装。
