怎样改变CListCtrl中的ScrollBar 的位置? （急）

Question

要设置CListCtrl中的ScrollBar的位置可通过：
   SetScrollPos( int nBar, int nPos, BOOL bRedraw = TRUE );但是为什么 
   GetScrollPos()得到的坐标(x, y)，再调用SetScrollPos 时却不是原来的位置呢？   用SetScrollPos()设置横坐标时可以，但是纵坐标却不能？有那位兄弟会阿？
