急救！！！我的vc6不能运行程序了。大虾们帮忙啊

不知怎么搞得vc6编译程序生成代码都很正常，可以在debug下生成.exe就是不能执行程序（ctrl＋F5），原来可以执行的程序现在也不能执行了，运行时出现对话框
