如何创建一个启动界面？看过问题在回答！！不是简单的问题呀

我在给一个基于对话框的程序创建启动界面的时候在，CXXXApp的中initstance()中添家了CCommandLineInfo cmdInfo;
        ParseCommandLine(cmdInfo);
        CSplashWnd::EnableSplashScreen(cmdInfo.m_bShowSplash);
    所有的文件都加近来了，在初始化对话框中也CSplashWnd::ShowSplashScreen(this);添加了，但是不知道什么原因显示不出来，请帮忙
