请问大家:  知道一进程名,可否判断其是否在运行?

直接用WaitForSingleObject看进程对象有没有信号

不过我刚才试了一下，在进程内调用本进程的句柄
dw=::WaitForSingleObject((HANDLE)hInst,1000);
结果出错了，说是句柄无效

如果你知道进程HANDLE的话那就非常简单了:
BOOL GetExitCodeProcess(
  HANDLE hProcess,     // handle to the process
  LPDWORD lpExitCode   // termination status
);
如果ExitCode等于STILL_ACTIVE,就说明还在运行
