This text designed a kind of visual surveillance to measure the moving area of the video, and work out a method which utilizes the information of images of array to find out the initial moving area ,and utilize static images segmentation algorithm to deal with moving modules. Firstly ,a fourth-orders statistic hypothesis testing in inter-frame difference is used to automatically separate the moving areas from the background in a general videao sequence;Using the mathematical morphological algorithm of erosion and delation I can locate the precise the area of the moving object;and segment the moving object finally.
This text also introduced the digital image processing, basic conception of mathematical morphology at the same time, and some methods that process image with Visual C ++.
