实际上这是windows的信使服务，工作在哪个端口（忘了），关掉就可以了

大家注意了:这是从Internet上发来的!它可以发向任意联网的计算机!这个手段可以干很多事!为什么没有人关注这个问题?局域网内的功能不要再说了,谁都知道!

net send IP  hello!     发送消息
对方机器如是要是 2000 那到可以直接收到
对方机器如果是 98  那么只要打开了 winpopup 也可以收到
关闭接收功能
在2000中，关闭信使服务
在98 中，关闭 winpopup
