一个计算机大学生的思考?我们学什么呢??

马上就要毕业了,但我没有达到用人单位的要求,我不知道我在大学里学的东西,在工作中有什么用,我学的东西要达到什么水平才能从事本专业的工作呢.我本人主要是从事数据库的开发和维护工作.不知现在就业市场上需要什么样的人,什么才能是精通.
要达到什么样的水平.
我在学什么呀???
我会BCB,VC,SQL,ASP,IIS,我还要学什么呢???
