    我也想知道。
    刚才在MSDN上查了一下，一无所获，好像没有提供API接口。
    有一节讲“Using PView”的，要的东西倒都有，可惜都在
    对话框里，取不着。

    msdn倒是说了通过PDH（performance data helper interface）可以获得cpu和内存的使用情况，但是好像不能针对某个进程！

    看看PViewer的源代码，在
    MSDN
    PView sample (Setup Services DLL)
    选择pviewer.
