一般在D:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office下.

那里写错了，应该msword*.olb，不是msword.old，
你那里可能是这个文件，具体要看你的安装路径：
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\MSWORD.OLB
