我需要一个这样的程序，给定一个jpg/gif文件存档成bmp文件，急用，愿给200分！
函数的接口形式如下：ConvertJpgToBmp（jpg文件名，bmp文件名）
ConvertGifToBmp(gif文件名，bmp文件名）仅此而已，我一下最多只能给100分，谁给出解决方案再另开帖给100分，谢谢！
