if you com is design for in-process maybe it can do 
1.from the mescellouse tab select the dialog
2.insert it into you porject
3.use it;
if your com is out-of-process i think you  can not do this 
because the dialog is reference from the windows's GUI
and the com is design for the over pallete so it cann't work

不大明白为什么out-of-process的com就不能用对话框？是因为有些需要调用winapi吗？如果该com应用于windows系统，它应该可以用。而且我认为com只能应用于windows系统，（因为一些com库的原因）不知道对不对。
