发送post请求的格式是什么?????????

在程序中向远程服务器发送post请求的格式是什么?我看了些资料，用下面的格式发送但没有成功(搞不清哪些地方有空个和换行)：
POST /lucin/salcentral/ccomms.asmx/GetUserID\nHTTP/1.1\n
Host: www.soapengine.com\n
Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded\n
Content-Length: 37\n\[email protected]&Name=bing\n\n
