请教关于函数LoadOEMBitmap()的用法！~！

我用这函数时
CBitmap bitmapOEM;
bitmapOEM.LoadOEMBitmap(OBM_COMBO);
编译时告诉我:'OBM_COMBO' : undeclared identifier
在MSDN说到;Note that the constant OEMRESOURCE must be
 defined before including WINDOWS.H in order to use 
any of the OBM_ constants.我在这文件前面加#include<widnows.h>还是不行
