一CHtmlView::GetHtmlDocument得到IHTMLDocument2接口
二IHTMLDocument2::get_parentWindow
HRESULT get_parentWindow(

);
三IHTMLWindow2::scroll

还有一个办法就是利用FindWindowEx函数找到类名是Internet Explorer_Server的窗口的句柄，然后
SendMessage(WM_VSCROLL,SB_PAGEDOWN,0)没实践过，道理上是可以的对以上言论不负责
