When you develop doc_view based application, use the wizard and select the "Context sensitive help" at the step 4 of 6.Then compile your program, your'll get what you want on the menu of "help".
When you use the sensitive context help for your apllication, a subfolder will be created named "hlp" beneath your project folder. The subfold contains a file whose extension name is "rtf".Open and edit it in word.
