如何运行WINDOWS程序？

你以WIZARD建SIMPLE    WINDOW    APPICATION，而且不加任何代码。
编译执行看会不会出问题。如果这种情况下还是出问题，说明你使用的库不正确。
反之，就是你的程序没有编对罗。
