大大的难题，急需图形高手 操作JPG图象，(用的JPEG.lib) 放大时，一切正常，缩小时，出现框格，（象在原图上打了格子），问高手 ？

StretchBlt和显卡硬件有关，速度确实不错，不过效果……
jpeg一般是先读取到内存成为DIB，然后进行处理的啊。
缩放图像在速度和效果兼备的我只见过Intel Image Process Lib，可以到Intel网站找。
不知道你用过我写的哪个程序？
