Are u sure? 
But I export the registry two times, one is before changing IE's configuration and the other is after changing IE's configuration. There is no difference between them. I need configure some setting s about multimedia and security before starting IE. Why?

The settings that I need to cinfigure include:
multimedia: play sounds/play video/play animition/show picture
Browsing: Enable Install on demand.
security: Enable SSL 2.0
and so on.
