OpenSCManager在xp下正常返回句柄，但在2003server下返回0，怎么回事

    你确认自己是以administrator身份登陆的吗？会不会是用户的权限问题啊？

    晕，getlasterror居然返回0
    另外，我是用administrator，应该不是权限问题吧
