在使用该变量前需要对其初始化:InitializeCriticalSection(&CriticalSectionObject);
初始化之后在使用临界区资源之前需要执行:EnterCriticalSection(&CriticalSectionObject);
使用完临界区资源之后需要执行:LeaveCriticalSection(&CriticalSectionObject);
程序结束后记得释放它:DeleteCriticalSection(&CriticalSectionObject);

看上去好像是临界区没初始化,LZ上面定义的是全局变量?可以打断点看看,看看你线程使用到的时候,该临界区有没有初始化(在线程使用处和该变量定义处打断点看看)
