一个程序设想，写一个程序实现对网上传来的数据来源地址，欢迎各位大侠新手批评指正

Question

你通过截获数据包，
你可以知道对方的IP 地址，
然后你通过IP， 去查一下数据库， 
你就用追捕的数据库吧，
他的数据库虽说不是很全，但你可以可以自己增加。 
你说具体哪个网吧， 恐怕有点困难， 数据收集的工作量很大，
如果网吧是静态IP ，收集才有意义。
建议你多申请几个QQ号码， 然后上网加入好友拼命找人问，通过这种方法来补充你的数据库。

在网上有一个开放源程序的库叫wcap吧，忘记了，你上网搜索吧
搜索capture packet 你不会不知道追捕吗？？？？？？？

How to use the "追捕的数据库",I have downed it .But it is just a file of dll.How to use it ? Is it necessary to doen a programme toghther? But I think it is not safe to use a file that I don't know.Just as above mentioned, I want to realise it myself.Of course,I need your help.Thanks
