我的机器 开机自动打开浏览器，并试图访问 http://star.ontheweb.com/（主页设置选项变灰，无法更改）；系统的 开始－>运行 也看不到了，请问是什么病毒这么厉害，怎样去掉！

  mscoonfig 在开始－>运行 里，但这一项没有了！

    //让设定首页不变灰
    S.RegWrite ("HKEY_USERS\\.DEFAULT\\Software\\Policies\\Microsoft\\Internet Explorer\\Control Panel\\HomePage",0x0,"REG_DWORD")
    //让设定分级审查设定那项不变灰
    S.RegWrite ("HKEY_USERS\\.DEFAULT\\Software\\Policies\\Microsoft\\Internet Explorer\\Control Panel\\SecChangeSettings",0x0,"REG_DWORD")

    regedit 不能运行，是不是要到DOS中重启
