COM是否真的很重要？（空）

是的，因为COM已完全容入了WINDOWS操作系统
COM子系统成为WINDOWS操作系统的重要的部分。不管你是否使用WINDOWS系统都应该了解COM，
COM本身设计目标是与操作系统、开发语言无关的
COM追求的是二进制兼容。
我认为UNIX也应该开发出支持COM的子系统。COM作为软件开发模式的发展，是先进的。

现在UNIX上的方向看来是ejb(enterprise javabean),应用ejb的案例很多,websphere,weblogic等都支持ejb
如果你在m$的平台上开发,那么理解com是很必要的
