安装C++Builder后Delphi出现调用问题

系统:Windows Xp Sp1+OfficeXp
1.安装Delphi6.0,测试并运行,正常;
2.安装C++ Builer6.0,测试并运行,正常;
3.运行(重新运行)Delphi6.0,出现Just-in-time Debuger设置提示：＜Yes> <No>
  (以上设置请问会对Delphi6.0运行和编译产生影响吗？＜Yes><No>均测试过）
4.出现以Error:   i.Cannot load package 'inet60'.It contains unit 'Sockets',which is also contains in package 'dclnet60'.
   Do you want to attempt to load this package the next time a project is loaded?
                       <Yes>    <No>   ii.Can't load package c:\program files\borland\delphi6\bin\dclwbm60.bpl 
   Do you want to attempt to load this package the next time a project is loaded?
                       <Yes>    <No>   iii.Can't load package c:\program files\borland\dephi6\bin\dclwebsnap60.bpl
   Do you want to attempt to load this package the next time a project is loaded?
                       <Yes>    <No>   iiii.Can't load package c:\program files\borland\dephi6\bin\dclsoap60.bpl
   Do you want to attempt to load this package the next time a project is loaded?
                       <Yes>    <No>   以上错误对话框,若选取<Yes>,则每次启动Dephi6,均会出现以上的错误提示,若选取<No>,则在下次启动Delphi6.0时不再提示.   但进入Delphi6后发现在VCL组件面板少了以下:
WebServices(内含7个组件) , InternetExpress (内含2个组件) , Internet (内含13个组件) , Websnap (内含17个组件)组件.
请问谁有解决的办法？
