给你个思路：
首先弄明白文件的内容，之后读入tmemorystream，然后修改，然后再保存回去。
论坛里会有一些编程序改变ico的帖子，可以参考一下。

随便找一个汉化软件,打开你的exe文件.找到一堆十六进制的东西,然后自己模仿做一个,替换掉就ok了
