请问该error窗口的含义

各位，我手上有一套程序。用delphi7打开它后，按CTRL+F9编译，没有错误。接着按F9运行，结果系统弹出如下警告：
“Cannot debug project unless a host application is defined.  Use the Run|Parameters... dialog box.”但是我直接运行编译后生成的可执行文件，它却可以运行。请问这是为什么？
