安装MySQL-server-5.0.15-0.i386.rpm 启动失败的原因？

没人知道吗？我运行 /usr/share/mysql/mysql.server start 是可以启动的，但是service mysql start就不行，开机时Start mysql 也提示 失败，请问哪里出问题了？请指教！！！谢谢阿

Error: Cannot create Windows service for MySql. Error: 0This error is encountered when you re-install or upgrade MySQL without first stopping and removing the existing MySQL service and install MySQL using the MySQL Configuration Wizard. This happens because when the Configuration Wizard tries to install the service it finds an existing service with the same name. One solution to this problem is to choose a service name other than mysql when using the configuration wizard. This will allow the new service to be installed correctly, but leaves the outdated service in place. While this is harmless it is best to remove old services that are no longer in use. To permanently remove the old mysql service, execute the following command as a user with administrative privileges, on the command-line: C:\>sc delete mysql
[SC] DeleteService SUCCESS

安装提示成功，向导配置也完成，但是没有看到绿色的图标呀，只有在进程里能看到mysqld-nt.exe，谁能告知，是什么原因？另外，在我安装的bin下面没有winmysqladmin.exe文件。
