或者
chmod 777 $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/orapwDJZSF 试试

我用oracle做orapwd的，是装oracle时用的用户,我也把它chmod 777了，但是还是不行，报同样的错，怎么回事啊？？？？？

ORAPWD is already running, so the password file is locked.

Ora-01990:不能打开$ORACLE_HOME/dbs/orapwDJZSF检查一下ORACLE_HOME的设置：
$echo $ORACLE_HOME
什么结果？
