Convert Mysql to Oracle使用的问题

已经安装了oracle数据库，但是不知道如何将数据库导入，请指点一下，谢谢
用的软件是Convert Mysql to Oracle，mysql是本机，oracle是远程服务器，地址是192.168.1.198，同一个网段，
service名称一栏不知道该如何填写，直接填写ip地址：192.168.1.198，则提示错误cannot load oci.dll library (erros code 126).the oci.dll library may be missing from the system path
