ESSENTIAL C++练习3.1，执行不正确（附代码）

编译通过，执行不正确，好象总是打不开MooCat.map，因为我把19行的“||”换成“&&”之后，就不在执行CERR的错误信息“Unable to open file -- bailing out!”了，但执行结果仍然不对，搜寻不到里面的单词，并且没往MAP中写任何东西。我现在是用VC6命令行CL命令编译的，手里没其他编译器，有BCB的帮忙也测试一下，谢谢。
