TTS是文本转语音的，语音转文本的话google有提供一个VoiceSearch的apk，我们在使用的时候调用用intent调用这个apk即可，调用结束后会返回给我们识别后的字符列表，然后你就可以根据识别结果进行处理，使用的时候必须连接网络，机器上要安装有这个apk
