如果你是通过DataSet绑定的话，可以如下获得DataTable
DataView dv = grid.BindingContext[ grid.DataSource, grid.DataMember] as DataView;
if( dv == null )
     return;
DataTable myTable = dv.Table;

谢谢Knight94解答,但编译时出现无法通过内置转换将类型“System.Windows.Forms.BindingManagerBase”转换为“System.Data.DataView”
