【求助】欲在用C#写的聊天程序中调用微软翻译API，但注册申请时遇到问题

我在一个应用程序(自己写的软件)里欲使用微软翻译API，在注册申请的时候(应用程序注册页面"Register your application"  https://dataet.azure.com/developer/applications/save)要求填写回调地址(Redirect URI)，在随便输入一个网址(http://...) 以后跳出来了这么一段红字 :"You are strongly encouraged to use the HTTPS protocol for your post-consent redirect UIR to prevent discosure of access tokens delivered to your application. For more information, please see the Securty Considerations section of the DataMarket OAuth documentation."
