File not found: 'TFlatPanelUnit.dcu' 如何解决啊

出错信息，怎么解决？？  
  [Fatal   Error]   BYSJ.dpr(16):   File   not   found:   'TFlatPanelUnit.dcu' 
有的同学说下载flatstyle控件，我用的是delphi7,但我下载的不管用，请高手帮帮忙！

如果没有FlatStyle控件则安装，如果安装，则找到TFlatPanelUnit.pas的路径，加到搜索路径下。
