有关delphi5图表DBChart控件错误

在调用delphi5动态库中，使用了DBChart控件，程序就会报错，后错信息如下：Project SoftFrame.exe raised exception class EFilerError with Message ' A class named TChartAxisTitle already exists ' Process stopped 请教各位，这个错误如何解决，在网上搜了一下，好像还没有搜到任何答案。请高人指点，谢谢！
