DELPHI发送数据的问题

我已经编写好了一个登陆器,选择不同的区域会发送不同的数据,要发送的数据我也已经准备好了,我怎样用一个BUTTON事件来实现数据的发送呢以下是登陆是我向服务器发送的数据,如何将其添加到BUTTON事件中呢请帮帮我详细说明以下,因为学DELPHI不久很多东西不是很清楚.
