Fastreport4.5 安装问题

Question

1、我运行recompile.exe,生成了一个LibD7文件夹,可它是空的,里面什么都没有,这有没有错误呢?
2、can't be installed because it is not a design time package 我想控件包没有问题，问题在哪呢?
我把这些目录都加到d7中了:
    FastReport 3\FastQB 
     FastReport 3\FastScript
    FastReport 3\Source
    FastReport 3\Source\BDE,ADO,IBX,DBX
    FastReport 3\Source\ExportPack

我的系统装了两个版本的Delphi,D7 D6.
头疼啊,这么难装.

2、can't be installed because it is not a design time package 表示当前安装的包本身不需要安装的。仅仅需要编译就好。
