我想用Delphi写一个邮件收发组件的DLL，请教一些。

邮件收发组件的功能要求：
1.支持从POP3邮件服务器收取邮件
2.支持Yahoo、Hotmail/MSN和Gmail邮件的收发
3.组件写成DLL文件方式，可供ASP,VB编程语言调用以前么有写过DLL，没有思路....
高手能不能指点一二。
