【★★★ToolBar &ToolBotton Borland 的工程师为什么要这样写？★★★】

请各位指教：
在Delphi6的ComCtrls.pas单元的16916 和 16983 行分别有注释：
{ Common control requries at least a space is used when showing button
captions.  If any one button's caption is empty (-1) then none of
the buttons' captions will not be displayed. }
因此，代码中所有Caption为空的，后台都默认为空格！由于这个问题，导致我在N年前，写程序，怎么都没有办法把界面调好！可把握害苦了，为了这个问题，当初调界面我至少一天时间，最后还是没有搞定。呵呵，不过现在技术涨了，半个小时，我就找到这句话了，把那个默认为空格的代码注释掉，
测试Win2K/XP/2003中，都没有注释中提到的状况，Borland是不是要把代码修改一下了。该问题在Delphi6/7/2005/2006中均存在。
